This course is designed to develop your leadership skills and abilities. In order to do that, it is important for you to have a mentor/supervisor that you meet with regularly to discuss your course content. As such, it is also essential that you have a JOURNAL that you write notes in, answer reflection questions, and raise questions to discuss with your mentor when you meet.
